Overview

The CT27147 Car Transporter trailer from Indespension has a flatbed length of 14'1 x 6'4 and an overall length of 189 x 76. The CT range of fixed bed Car Transporters from Indespension have been designed and built to be a light weight, versatile trailer. Constructed with a hot dip galvanised steel chassis, the trailers have tracked axles with a fully independent suspension.

The trailers are fitted with easy slide galvanised pull out steel ramps, which are unable to be fully removed, which avoids lost parts! The center decking consists of 18mm phenolic resin coated plywood, which makes these trailer versatile for carrying a range of goods, whilst also protecting against spray from the road.

The floor deck is built and designed with a series of perforations for lashing and also to accommodate the wheel chocks. The CT 27147 is fitted with an Indespension Triplelock high security head as standard. The GT26105 is a braked 10' x 5' twin axle trailer with a gross vehicle weight of 2700Kgs. The GT range of goods trailers from Indespension are built for strength with a hot dip galvanized steel chassis, which are constructed from two longitudinal profiles C channels and a tapered A frame creating a rigid and strong design. Profiled galvanised pressed steel sides and box section corner posts also provide additional strength to the trailer. The trailers are also fitted with heavy duty steel mudguards and internal lashing points as standard.

Manufactured with Indespensions 'Superide' suspension the GT range of trailers are built to a superior quality, providing an improved comfortable tow for the driver of the towing vehicle. Indespension Braked 10' x 6'6" Twin Axle Flatbed Trailer (FTL35106) Including Drop sides and Spare Wheel

Robust and flexible, the FTL35106 is a braked 10' x 6'6" fully galvanised twin axle trailer with 195/50R13 low profile radial inboard wheels and a gross weight of 3500kg. Ideal for transporting goods, materials and machinery, the FTL35106 is constructed with a fully welded and hot dip galvanized chassis to provide maximum strength, durability and no rusting.

The FTL35106 is fitted with 7 leaf spring suspension with full width beam and brushed hangers and Indespensions Triplelock 50mm ball coupling as standard. The Triplelock system is constructed of a strong cast iron, zinc plated head and has an integral spring loaded lock. It is also fitted with large boss taper roller bearings.

The floor is constructed with 18mm resin coated and patterned thick phenolic plyboard to provide strength, durability and friction for grip. It also has a galvanised steel lip around the edge to prevent loads such as pallets from moving and slipping off bed.

Indespension 11'10 x 6'3 Electric Tipper Trailer (TPR35126E) Includes Spare wheel

The TPR35126E Tipper from Indespension is a 11'10 x 6'3 (16'4 x 6'9 overall length) twin axle trailer, with a gross vehicle weight of 3500kg, a carrying capacity of 2405kg and a 50p tipping angle. The trailers are fitted with inboard wheels and have an electric tipping action. Constructed with Indespensions Super-Ride suspension, sealed for life bearings, AL-KO auto manual brakes and a heavy duty jockey wheel, these trailers are built for strength and durability.

The decking consists of 2mm pre-galvanised steel for longevitiy and the sides are fitted with 12 quick release profiled galvanised pressed steel sides.

The Tipper range of trailers are all fitted with Indespensions Triple-Lock 50mm ball coupling. Other key features include a ramp stowage facility under the trailer body and waterproof inset rear LED light cluster. Other additional options include a ladder rack, a mesh kit and steel loading ramps.

Indespension Braked 8' x 4' x 4' High Livestock Trailer (LT14084) Includes Prop Stands and Spare Wheel

The LT14084 is an 8' x 4' x 4' braked high trailer, with a gross vehicle weight of 1400kg.

Ideal for carrying smaller livestock loads, the Livestock range of trailers are constructed of an all steelwork hot dip galvanised chassis to provide maximum strength and durability, with no rusting. The trailers are also fitted witheasy access doors, which are not only easy to remove but refit. The lower access doors which are fitted on both sides of the trailer, combined with the chequer plate steps at the front and rear of the mudguards, help maximise access and improve safety when loading / inspecting livestock.

Our Livestock trailers are all fitted with anti-kicking devices too adding extra protection to the operative. Dividing gates are fitted in a hanging position and are attachable on each arch on the trailer, offering flexibility in use. Constructed with a fully sealed aluminum treadplated floor, with PAR tanalised planks under floor help prevent seepage of effluent, improved appearance and provide more even floor surface, whilst protecting against rot.

Indespension TAV1 Box Trailer - 750kg Unbraked (TAV1) Includes Spare Wheel

The TAV1 is a single axle unbraked trailer with a gross vehicle weight of 750kg.

The TAV1 tow-a-van range has clean lines, a robust construction and its ease of use are the principal design features of the Tow-a-Van range. Constructed with a hot dip galvanized chassis, which is constructed from to longitudinal profiled ‘C’ channels with box sections cross members for maximum strength and durability.

The TAV1 is built and fitted with Indespension’s Superide II suspension which has fully independent axles, helping to provide a comfortable tow for the driver of the towing vehicle. It is also built with a heavy duty drawbar, prop stands, a pressed steel 50mm ball hitch, HU004 unbraked hubs and it also has the facility for a security lock.

The TAV range of trailers from Indespension are fitted with 4mm aluminum composite body panels with plastic honeycomb center and a metallic finish, creating a lightweight but strong composite construction to maximise payload. The body of the trailer has aluminum corner extrusions. The roof is a bowed roof panel, which allows dispersion of rain water as well as letting daylight through.

They are fitted with double lockable rear doors with stay to help keep the doors open while loading and stainless steel door fittings for longevity. The double doors also increase the height of aperture for loading compared to roller shutter. All lighting is EU approved, with plug in rear bulb light clusters, which are mounted on galvanised pods.
