Purchased some spares for my Mountfield hedge cutter which died. Was just going to buy a new one but decided to strip the old one and found several issues. Bought a new coil spark plug and electric wire and miraculously managed to get it all back together and it worked better than it had for a long time. Website was easy to navigate and buy and the exploded diagrams made it super simple to make sure I bought the right parts. Delivery was within a week. Great will use again if required

At first I was impressed with the user friendly Web site for identification of parts. From then on the service went down hill. How is the customer meant to know what is going on with there order if you don't answer your emails and phone calls? I now have my complete order, of which I thank you. Quality of parts was excellent, prior to despatch I sent 2 emails for updates on delivery but had no response, it took a phone call to confirm my parts would not despatch as it was not a complete order, no update could be given for remaining part so after discussion parts in stock were despatched, I am still awaiting balance after 3 weeks 🤷♂️ could website be expanded to inform order status beyond what it does now ?

It was really great to be able to get this component for my old mower and keep it going.
One minor glitch was that an allen key was supplied, which was far too large and the self-tapping bolts were in fact Torx. I appreciate that it would have been an issue with your suppliers however.

Can I suggest that when you send an email out saying that the order has been despatched you include tracking details. I was only given this information when I chased up delivery on my order. Other than that no problems.
