It was really great to be able to get this component for my old mower and keep it going.
One minor glitch was that an allen key was supplied, which was far too large and the self-tapping bolts were in fact Torx. I appreciate that it would have been an issue with your suppliers however.

I fill these feedback emails in occasionally but these guys have the right technical diagrams and info on board to allow you to figure out what you need and get it fixed. My mower started having intermitent staring issues, it turned out to be a cooked ignition switch, so diagnosis and replacement of well priced parts quickly available is what I need. The order took a couple of days to process and there was no attempt to explain what caused the delay. I emailed WoM asking for an update without a response. When I phoned on day 4 I was told the order had been processed 2 days previously (no email confirmation). The order went to the wrong delivery office (Royal Mail error). Really happy overall with the service. Initial contact with WOM was easy and very helpful in identifying the mower I needed and specification. I had real difficulty making contact thereafter and there appeared to be no one available to answer my calls and no way to leave a message. However, I was contacted 2-3 weeks after purchase with a delivery date and everything went smoothly. The delivery driver was great and refund for my old mower quick. Overall I would recommend customers to WOM and would return to purchase again from them in the future. And the mower is fabulous! Thanks again!

Service is good the mower arrived in good time and well packed. Only issue I have with the mower is the plastic release for securing the mower handle bar. The plastic has split when putting the plastic release in the lock position. Other than that mows well and a good alternative to petrol engines.

This is the third time that I have used World of Mowers for replacement parts for my Mountfield petrol mower. Each time I have been impressed by the prompt dispatch, quality of the goods and the value. Unfortunately, this time they were let down a bit by Royal Mail who notified me that the blade I had ordered would be delivered on Friday, but I did not receive it until the following Mo day. This minor inconvenience would not prevent me ordering from World of Mowers, however.

I have quite an old mower and WorldOfMowers had a brilliant parts diagram on their website which helped me find the right part. Communications were good and the service was great. One minor criticism is that if your part is not a stock item the delivery period for back order can be lengthy and you don’t necessarily know this until you receive your order confirmation. That said, overall I was very pleased and will use them again 🙂

Good service and I was delighted to find the spare part for my mower very quickly. A minor issue is finding the right nuts, bolts, washers etc as the numbering on the diagram does not match the separate descriptions of each part. There is a clear warning to ensure you order the correct quantity of each part but ensuring I had the correct extra bits was very difficult (and in fact I still got it wrong)

Following a breakdown of my lawn tractor, I sourced and ordered a linkage responsible for raising and lowering the cutting deck, I quite honestly didn't expect this item to be available off-the-shelf therefore expected a significant delay. I was pleasantly surprised when the package arrived within four days. Additionally, we live in the Highlands of Scotland and therefore more often than not we are quoted rediculous delivery charges for sending items to a geographical location that some companies must consider being near to the 'Arctic Circle', our parts were shipped with realistic delivery charges and arrived promptly.

I was very pleased with the service I received for the parts I ordered . This was made easier by online access to an exploded view parts catalogue which made ordering slick . the order was promptly dispatched and delivered at reasonable / competitive cost.
However, simultaneously with placing the order I sent an e-mail questioning a potential error in the parts catalogue . This was because ideally a further new part was required to compliment the one ordered. I never got a reply to this and although I tried to contact world of Mowers by phone was unable to speak to a person and there was no facility to leave a message. This was disappointing but does not take away the good experience of the service provided for the order I placed .

I found World of Mowers very helpful. I ordered four items but the main thing we needed was the mower starter cord which had broken. WoM were waiting for a couple of items but they very kindly sent what they had so we could cut our large are of grass which had grown very high with all the wet weather! We have use WoM before and we will definitely use them again.

You have always managed to supply me with parts for my 2 wheel tractor where others haven’t been able to.
I usually have to Waite a few weeks which isn’t a problem but maybe a message once ordered to confirm parts are on order and an approx timescale?

If I was to nit pick / be fussy one very small gripe might have been on the cost of postage for such two minute items and that the period from purchase to receipt of goods was a tad long. Just was good that I was not needing my hedge cutter during this time. Still great to be able to source the parts needed. Thanks again .

The wheel cap sent to me was incorrect, filled out complaint form on web site , heard nothing for 4 working days , rang company and informed them of problems and the gentleman then went to look for correct wheel cap , couldn’t find it kin their bin slot , so he said he would locate the correct cap and he then sent it to me , can’t fault him , he rectified the problem and promptly dealt with my order, many thanks.

Quality parts. But delivery took far too long over three weeks. Which I was still charged £4.49 Delivery. This was for an order in excess of £50. There should have been a waiver on delivery charge for the length of time it took .

I was able to call to check the item was in stock (delivery obviously slower were stock not immediately available) and spoke to a very helpful woman. When the throttle lever broke I ordered one from WOM, and took the opportunity to order other items such as a filter and blade. As nothing had arrived after a couple of days and the grass was getting longer, I rang to check.
Another small item was out of stock. No problem, they sent the others straight away and the out of stock item arrived a few days later. Really helpful.
