The Grillo Climber 8 is a serious commercial machine and will tackle slopes and tall,rough vegetation which normal mowers cannot cope with allowing you to work safely in damp,slippery conditions.
It has a professional hydrostatic gearbox which uses hydraulic oil to provide the motive link between engine and wheels. No gears provides increased reliability.
A differential lock increases traction by engaging both rear wheels simultaneously when wheel spin occurs allowing the machine to mow in slippery, dry or rough condtions where a normal mower would be unable to cope.
The Climber 8 will mow down vegetation over 2mts in height and has been specifically designed to clear overgrown neglected areas easily but they are equally at home on shorter grass, in fact its a machine that can handle any mowing conditions.
A heavy duty 85cm deck houses a single blade with 2 swinging cutter tips at each end so that in the event that an unseen obstacle is struck they will move out of the way thereby reducing the chances of damage to the cutting system.
The Climber 8s twin cylinder 656cc petrol engine and its smooth effortless steering action allows you to mow at speed and because of its very low centre of gravity gives you additional security.
All controls are easy to hand, a lever on the right hand side allows you to have complete speed control depending on conditions and the front brakes allow you to stop swiftly.
Extremely large rear wheels are fitted with a very aggressive tread pattern to ensure you have maximum grip at all times.
