The item came quicker than the expected delivery time wich was much appreciated

Very simple and easy to find my mower model.

Could be slightly more intuitive to find the parts I'm looking for because I'm personally not entirely familiar with the more technical names for mower parts, etc.

And I would also like to suggest that on the diagrams provided, although these are great already it could be handy to know how many of each part are standard and supposed be in place as I realised after my first order that I needed to order another upper handle - common sense should have stepped in there - but some kind of a reminder would have been great and saved me the time.

All in all, got what I needed, in good time for a reasonable price.

Very responsive when I ordered the wrong part.

Needed new wheel for my mower,put in model number came up with the wheel assembly diagram and every part numbered itemised so couldn't go wrong on ordering the wrong part. Wheel wasn't in stock so took just over a week to arrive. Great service and would highly recommend.
