Needed a part for a Mountfield ride on mower, found it in the parts catalogue but the part had been changed from the original on my mower so I phoned up to enquire to see if it would fit and spoke to someone who wasn't sure so she found another member of staff that knew for sure and explained the modification and fitting procedure. Part arrived and was simple and easy to fit. Brilliant service, many thanks.
