To get OEM Iseki parts so quickly has been great - look forward to ordering again. You communicate well, email back quickly and answer the phones - you get the basics right. You were let down by parcel force - perhaps a choice of couriers would be useful - I’d happily pay a few quid more to have a bit of choice in carrier and speed. All in all a very happy customer. Ordered a tension spring and drive belt for a Mountfield petrol mower. Straightforward to find parts from the onine parts diagrams. Ordering process was easy. Most important: the parts fitted, took only 15 minutes to install and the self-drive now works perfectly!

Only minor grouse was that the delivery time was a bit long.

Good price and delivery came within a few days of ordering.
Replacement drive cable, looks ok quality.
