The part was not immediately available, however I had to chase a delivery date to be informed. A simple email at the time of order would have been nice. Otherwise I have had no issues with World of Mowers, quality parts at a reasonable price. The web site is easy to navigate and the parts diagrams are superb.

The diagrams that they display of the mower help me order the correct parts which is fantastic. The parts arrived when expected and fitted perfectly.
