Excellent buying experience. Quality product, reasonably priced and really fast delivery. I tried another website for price comparison and the product description and diagrams were very confusing whereas the spare part was easy to identify on the World of Mowers website. Will definitely use again.

I placed an incorrect order (my mistake) and I tried to rectify it by e mail (failed) so forced to make a new order to correct my original order. WOM reimbursed me the postage on this second order. I was both surprised and grateful.
