Very smooth ordering process. Once the mower became available the delivery was fast and efficient. Very prompt payment of the cash back on trade-in of my old mower. The only real issue was because of the delay in the mower arriving from the manufacturer (presumably overseas) there was a lack of update on the progress of the order. That said everything else was very good.
