Always good service from World of Mowers. I needed a replacement belt for my ride-on cutting deck, and a replacement tyre. Duly arrived and mower now operating again. Have used WOM before, will no doubt use them again.

I had a problem with the bosse I ordered , it failed on initial installation.
It was 50/50 between the product and installation but a new one was supplied with total commitment to customer service. Replacement installed and now perfect.
I did have to try several time to get through on the phone but I can be a bit impatient at times so keep trying.

Very efficient and order despatched quickly. However you deliver directly to mainland only, which is unfair to island based customers. Royal Mail delivers to all of British Isles, and I would urge you to re-consider your position on this. I had to direct my order to a mainland based intermediary which should not be necessary. Indeed it limits your market quite substantially given the population based on islands. Happy to chat if you wish to discuss.
