Great service - I mistakenly ordered the wrong parts which I returned for a prompt and full refund and the correct parts came quickly afterwards, thanks to the advice of a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff.

Ordered a grassbox bag as a genuine OEM rather than a cheap ill fitting copy so often available off the internet.
Later discovered it was not in stock and would come direct from Mountfield (Stiga). Took longer than expected but the item did arrive eventually. WOM were good with the communication about what had happened to the order but it would be good if the advertised items were classed as 'in stock' or 'on back order' or 'not avaiable" to allow the cutomer to decide if the wait is going to be worth it or look elsewhere for a stocked item.
