The wheel cap sent to me was incorrect, filled out complaint form on web site , heard nothing for 4 working days , rang company and informed them of problems and the gentleman then went to look for correct wheel cap , couldn’t find it kin their bin slot , so he said he would locate the correct cap and he then sent it to me , can’t fault him , he rectified the problem and promptly dealt with my order, many thanks.

Good service, a dispatch notification would have been appreciated. My ride-on parts arrived just as I'd finished pushing a hand mower around for 3 1/2 miles.
