When the throttle lever broke I ordered one from WOM, and took the opportunity to order other items such as a filter and blade. As nothing had arrived after a couple of days and the grass was getting longer, I rang to check.
Another small item was out of stock. No problem, they sent the others straight away and the out of stock item arrived a few days later. Really helpful.
