Blade was exactly as required. However once ordered I wasn’t informed of despatch or where it was. Information would have been good

Easy to find parts diagram and parts arrived exactly as ordered. Took 16 days to arrive but that did include Easter. Perhaps an update explaining what was happening would have been helpful.
