good service,but could not get to speak to anybody on phone, message said agents always busy so had to order part on line.

My go to supplier of parts for my ride on mower. Easy part identification, easy order and fast delivery. Nice people to do business with.

I placed an incorrect order (my mistake) and I tried to rectify it by e mail (failed) so forced to make a new order to correct my original order. WOM reimbursed me the postage on this second order. I was both surprised and grateful.

Mower parts were easy to identify from the excellent online diagrams. The ordering process was very straightforward, all the parts ordered were delivered, and have now been fitted. Mower is now working as good as ever! Thank you
