Ordered a grassbox bag as a genuine OEM rather than a cheap ill fitting copy so often available off the internet.
Later discovered it was not in stock and would come direct from Mountfield (Stiga). Took longer than expected but the item did arrive eventually. WOM were good with the communication about what had happened to the order but it would be good if the advertised items were classed as 'in stock' or 'on back order' or 'not avaiable" to allow the cutomer to decide if the wait is going to be worth it or look elsewhere for a stocked item.

Everything was fine apart from not being able to talk to a representative regarding concerns that my order hadn’t been despatched after one week and I hadn’t received any communication why not as all parts were in stock. I did receive a message after contacting by the message system saying the parts were being. Despatched. In the end all good, but from my experience,,could improve communications. I would certainly use again.
